Leadership

Rachel Rambo, J.D.

Co-founder of Old Stone Properties, Rachel is an attorney residing in Savannah, Georgia. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. Rachel previously practiced in New York with the Legal Aid Society, where she gained deep experience in housing and community-focused legal services.

Irving Rosenbaum, D.P.A., Ed.D.

Co-founder and experienced entrepreneur, Irving currently serves as Vice President for Operations at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His career includes decades of experience in property and business ownership, municipal leadership (former city manager for Hollywood and Davie, Florida), and 30 years of board service with Regent Bank.
